    Even if you only have an hour to test, Just do it.
    • Run through speaker presentations.
    • Check audio, video, and transitions.
    • Do a mini “rehearsal” with key stakeholders.
    • Trust us this will only prevent the Classic “can you hear me?” blunders on the live day.

    In our 48-hour sprint, one speaker’s laptop crashed an hour before the event. Thankfully, we had:
